Each mellow piece is handmade and designed with love.

Mellow pieces are handmade, each unique to the next.

Each item is specified with either 'made-to-order' or an 'in-stock' tag in items descriptions.

Items purchased marked in-stock, will be shipped it right away — within 1-2 business days.

✶ For items made-to-order [please see our COVID-19 announcement*], generally take 4-6 weeks to make. For this reason we cannot provide exact shipping dates but will do our best to accommodate if you need your Mellow piece by a special date.

If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date we will do our best to accommodate your request — please include your instructions in the order notes or in an email to info@mellownyc.com.

We also offer free gift wrap and can add a special note!

Returns due to change of mind, are at the cost of the customer. We do not offer refunds but can accommodate with a credit or exchange.
